Lewis Jr. and Deborah Lewis; her grandchildren, Ashley Duren, Dara Griggs and Kevin Lewis; her great grandchild Marlee Daege; her brother Bill Smith; her niece Kimberly Cole; and her nephews, Michael Vavrica, Daniel Vavrica, Jimmy Tyner, Glenn Tyner, Gary Tyner, George Tyner, Robert Tyner Jr. and Robert Poole.
