She was predeceased by : her parents, William Cook and Juanita Cook (Bitely); and her siblings, Onnalee Barber and Wallace Chaffee. She is survived by : her husband Robert Mills; her daughter Nita Lewis (David); her stepchildren, Debbie Mills (Jeff Phebus) and Chad Mills; her pet Lucky Lady; her sisters-in-law, Ceil Mills and Betty Chaffee; her nieces and nephews, Sue Young, Rose Shoephoerster, Luanne Cannon, Lisa Dietz, Tony Young, Terry Barber, Bill Barber and Rick Barber; and her grandchildren, Bobbi Burson, John Burson, Josie Berry, Kyle Lewis and Kandi Lewis. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
