He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard J. Sigmon and Mildred K. Bailey; his wife Pamela; his son William (Stephanie); his grandsons, Chace and Blake; and his siblings, Darrell (Suzanne), Michael (Jodi) and Joretta Hill. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.
