He was predeceased by: his wife Carol. He is survived by: his children, Morgan, Somer and T. J.; his mother Betty Mugridge; his siblings, Tina Reed (Mike), Glen Mugridge (Cindy), Barry Mugridge (Cathy) and Wade "Bear" Meeks; and his grandsons, Lane, Trent, Mason, Nate, Austin, Caden and Kamryn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

In Lieu of flowers contributions would be greatly appreciated to help with Family expenses.
