He is survived by : his children, Joseph Larry Baggett, Jr., Jewel Ann Baggett, Lisa Shively, Jennifer Humphries (Stephen), Melissa Strickland (Stephen) and Aaron Baggett (Brittany); his siblings, Kathleen Carter (Gordie), Elizabeth Sweat, Calvin Baggett (Bessie), Michael Baggett (Pam), Tommy Smith (Karen), Earl Smith (Betty), Donnie Smith (Dianne) and Bonnie Byrnes (Danny); and his grandchildren, Douglas Baggett, Hailey Mahr, Bella, Aiden Strickland, Reagan Humphries, Gavin, Noah Baggett, Madison and Kali Glover. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
