With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Demmie Lucille Tidwell of Havana, Florida, who passed away on February 18, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Collins and Nannie Lee Gillespie; and her siblings, Henry Collins, George Collins, Marvin Collins, Edna Woods and Mary Alice Sweigard.
She is survived by: her husband James Leonard Tidwell; her children, Charles Burton, Dreama Taylor (Larry) and Penny Wade (Larry); her sister Mildred Spencer (Greg); and her grandchildren, Corey Webb, Nic Taylor, Sarah Amador, Nicole Newsome and Eric Sharp. She is also survived by eight beautiful great grandchildren.
