He is survived by: his wife Pamela Loose of Hilliard, FL; his children, Michael Holder (Katrina) of St. George, GA and Michele Bowen (Mike) of Folkston, GA; his grandchildren, Laina Bowen, Holly Lloyd, Holder III and Hannah Holder; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Addison, Rylei and Colton.
