He was predeceased by: his parents, O. W. "Pop" Bell and Louise Melton Bell; and his brother Charles Bell. He is survived by: his girlfriend Ellen Jones; his children, Amy Brown (Jeffrey) and Ellis Bell; his siblings, Ronald Bell (Denise), Donald Bell and Rita O'Neal (Bobby); and his grandchildren, Porter Brown, Madalyn Brown, Kayden Bell and Ellina Bell. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
