Caulkins, Jr. (JR); his siblings, Jack Caulkins (Sheila), Vance Caulkins (Martha), Bobby Cotie, Janet Gill and Ellen Ogden (Euell); his stepchildren, George Darren Bennett, Alicia Helmick (Michael), Carina Flanders, Benjamin Flanders (Rachel) and Jonathan Flanders; and his grandchildren, Gage Douglas Hogan, Cade Dickerson, David Helmick, Kaia Helmick, Owen Green, Nathan Flanders, Luke Flanders, Maddy Flanders and Noah Flanders. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
