It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael A. Bernat of Hobe Sound, Florida, who passed away on December 12, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Michael Bernat, Jr. (Kim Bernat), Lisa Bernat, Colleen English (Richard English) and Kevin Rood; his grandchildren, Ethan, George and Sarah; his siblings-in-law, Wayne and Sandy Maheu; and his nephew Mark.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Mike's memory be made to the American Cancer Society.
