He was predeceased by: his parents, William Issac and Nora Eliza Goggans (McClendon); his children, Marion Dwight Goggans Jr., Mellani Gilbert and Holly Dziuk; and his siblings, Leon, Thomas, Mildred, Glenn and Joyce.
He is survived by: his spouse Jan Goggans; his children, Corina Goggans, Eric Goggans, Wendy Lewis and Nick Nicoll; and his siblings, Joe, Mack, Marcella, Brenda, Ella and Ann. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
