He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey M. Scott and Patricia Lutz Scott; and his son Harvey M. Scott III. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Castle Scott; his children, Holly Pawlusiak (Rich), Glenn Scott (Liz), Heidi DeCarlo (Paul) and Karl Scott (Quinn Oliver); his grandchildren, Nikoloas DeCarlo (Nichole), Michael DeCarlo (Korey Bunal) and Ziyan Owens; his great grandchildren, Natalie and Nikolette DeCarlo; and his siblings, Linda Dobransky (John), Judy Angrisano (late Mickey) and Paul Scott (Marilyn).

Harvey was a polio survivor, at his wishes, donations in his memory can be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children @ donate.lovetotherescue.org.
