He was predeceased by: his sons, William Mark Vazquez and Jeffrey Peter Vazquez; his former wife Gail Arlene Vazquez; and his parents, Pedro Vazquez and Concetta Vazquez.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Elizabeth Pozniak; his daughter Dr. Andrea Lauren Vazquez (Gilberto Rivera Jr.); his sisters, Adela Andonopoulis (Philip) and Ramona Frano (Martin); his stepchildren, Adam Christian Pozniak (Bobby Plasencia), Mary Lynn Ninesling (Shawn) and RJ Pozniak (Elizabeth Smith); his grandchildren, Dr. Christopher Hauser, William Matthew Vazquez, Christian Martin, Raúl Pozniak, Ana Berrio, Tre Pozniak, William Ninesling and Mary Taylor Ninesling; and his great grandchildren, Hayden Moore, Callum Hauser and Isabella Vazquez.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anastasia Catholic Church (407 S 33rd St, Fort Pierce, FL 34947).
