He was predeceased by: his father Angel Ortiz. He is survived by: his mother Enery Rivera; his fiancée Blanca Marrero; his children, Eggie Ortiz, Gabriel Ortiz, Nahomi Ortiz, Edmarie Ortiz and Damary Ortiz; his stepdaughters, Wilinet DeLeon, Wilnerys DeLeon and Karen DeLeon; his siblings, Harold Ortiz, Liz Ortiz and Anneryd Delgado; and his grandchildren, Jariel Pagan, Leira Pagan, Maylivet Andino, Catalina Bonilla, Hugo Ortiz and Olivia Ortiz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
