It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Rose Mangum (Interlachen, Florida), born in Triangle, Virginia, who passed away on January 11, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Thomas "Tom" Mangum; her son Sherwin Peacher; her parents, Otto Liming and Eva Liming; and her siblings, Irma Pierson, Joyce Liming, Donald Liming, Raymond Liming and William "Bill" Liming.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Dichard of Interlachen, Sheila Peacher of Interlachen, Shane Peacher (Donna) of Virginia and Shannon Peacher of Flagler Estates; her siblings, Roger Liming of Interlachen, Jimmy Liming of Clearwater, Eugene Liming of St. Augustine, Diane Bass of Fredericksburg, VA and Betty Carpenter of Miami; her grandchildren, Norman Dichard, Jr., Shane Peacher, Jr. and Brandi Peacher; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa Dichard of Norman Dichard, III and Madison King.
