She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Rouse; her children, Michelle Davis (Aaron) of Neptune Beach, Florida and Michael Eric Rouse (Karla) of Odessa, Florida; her brother Chuck Arnold (Connie) of Bluff City, Tennessee.; and her grandchildren, Joseph Murphy (Jenna) of St. Paul, Minnesota, Abigail Murphy of Orlando, Florida, Jacob Rouse (Krissy) of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Benjamin Rouse of Odessa, Florida. and Kayla Rouse of Odessa, Florida..
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Quinn Shalz Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (3600 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250).
