She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Phillips and Mary Frances Harrell; her husband Leo W. Smith; and her brothers, James E. Phillips and Paul E. Phillips, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Lura Benton, Leo Smith, Jr. (Sarah), Sabrina Smith and Yana Reiter (Todd); and her grandchildren, Rob Hayes, Kate Smith, Kari Smith and Laura Knobl. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
