He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Peggy; his daughters, Ashley Farris of Jacksonville, Colleen Szczepanski (Matthew) of Casselberry, Danielle Doctor (Mark) of Jacksonville and Alison Farris of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Zooey, Stanley, Max, Ember, Oliver and Sam; his parents, Gerald of Oklahoma City and Dorothy of Orange Grove, Texas; and his siblings, Dianne Dunbar of Oklahoma City, Robert (Liz) of Dinwiddie, Virginia and David. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Foundation, or Marine Corps Toys for Tots.
