He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Crockett; his son Richard Allen Crockett; his parents, George Crockett and Fanny Louise Crockett; and his brothers, David, Eugene, Robert, Leroy and Clayton Crockett.
He is survived by: his children, Calvin Lamar Crockett (Joy), Dorothy Michelle Sluder and Christie Combs. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
