He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Lynn Horne; and his parents, Colin Wilton Horne and Nell Alice Horne. He is survived by: his son Colin Wilton Horne, III; and his brother Michael R. Horne (Mary Frances Horne). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
