With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dewey Ray Small of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Amity, Arkansas, who passed away on November 29, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Lon Franklin Small and Dora Runyan Small; and his siblings, Clara Bardwell, Aileen Long, Edward Faye Small, Verdell Small, Thereon Small and Doyle Small.
He is survived by : his wife Linda V. Small of Jacksonville, Florida; his son Stephen; his daughter-in-law Theresa Small of Jacksonville, Florida; his daughters, Marshia (Timothy Garben) and Evonna Sue (Joe Fontenot); and his brother-in-law Estaline. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one step-grandson; four great-grandchildren; his sister.
Social distancing directives will be in place with no more than 191 persons at any one time in the funeral home, avoidance of physical contact and all attendees 10 years of age or older must be wearing a face covering at all times when inside the funeral home.
