He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Biggert and Carolyn "Carrie" Watkins Hoyle; his siblings, Ella Mae Combs and James Combs; his wife Flo; his children, Renee Mainwaring, Michelle Thomas and William Biggert; and his grandson Sean Mainwaring.
