She is survived by : her children, Helen Marie Burnett, Richard James Burnett III (Debbie), Carl Thomas Burnett (Kris) and Timothy Lane Burnett (Marsha); her grandchildren, R. J. Burnett IV, Zachary Burnett (Sarah), Megan Fontana (Wes), Matthew Burnett, Conner Sebert (Kendra) and Noah Sebert; and her great grandchildren, Peyton, Olivia and Lily.
