Cushion (Jesse), Bertha Gettis Smith (Gary), Estellieta Gettis (Cleveland), Ella Lee Howell, Annie Lee Woodard, Hattie Woodard, Christin Woodard and Marggie Woodard; and uncle Robert Woodard. Johnnie is also survived by other relatives and friends.
