He is survived by: his wife Kay McKinnon Palmer; his daughter Kathy Palmer Butler; his half-sister Odessa Palmer Bostic of Davisboro, GA; his sister Bettye Jean Palmer (BJ); his siblings-in-law, Elwanda Coston of Albany, GA and Everett McKinnon, Jr. of Bellville, IL; and his godson Reggie Westcott. He is also survived by nieces and 2 nephews, cousins, multiple friends, neighbors.
