She was predeceased by : her parents, Avery T. and Iva Lee Green, Sr. (Jones); and her sister Linda Graham. She is survived by : her children, Ann Huffty (Darren) of Jacksonville, Alex Warren (Linda) of Baldwin, Douglas Warren (Angela) of Jacksonville and Bruce Warren (Lucretia "Scooter") of Bryceville; her grandchildren, Jamie Phillips, Sedona Huffty, Hilary Berry, Amber Stepp, Andrew Dove, Mathew Dove, Nathaniel Dove, Nathan Warren, Erica Rosario, Jake Warren and Alexis Warren; and her siblings, Donna Bruce (Larry) of Brunswick, GA, Lorraine Chapman of St. Simons Island, GA, Avery T. Green Jr. (Jennie Lou) of Callahan and Lonnie Green (Juanita) of Jacksonville. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Warren Funeral Services (105 US-90, Baldwin, FL 32234). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 27th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Callahan First Baptist Church (45090 Green Ave, Callahan, FL 32011). A burial was held on Saturday, February 27th 2021 at the Brandy Branch Cemetery (1906 Brandy Branch Church Pl, Bryceville, FL 32009).
