She was predeceased by: her son Stephen Michael. She is survived by: her husband Barney; her children, Julie Deck of Orange Park and Robert Sullivan (Rebecca) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Drew Deck (Czarinna), Jarrod Sullivan (Amber), Hannah Sullivan Green (Evan) and Douglas Deck; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Evan (E. J.), Brody and Haylee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, longtime friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the H.E.A.L. Foundation (Helping Enrich Autistic Lives) in her great-grandson's name, Liam Sullivan, would honor her memory greatly.
