It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Heyward Blackman of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on November 27, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Blackman Jr.; her children, Trudy Blackman and Tommy Blackman; and her grandson Ward Baron. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Baron (Bill) and Benjie Blackman (Linda); and her grandchildren, Hart Baron, Emma Baron, Kristin Blackman and Evan Blackman.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
