Visitation was held on Monday, January 18th 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 19th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Mixon Town Chapel of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home (2403 Edison Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32204).
