She was predeceased by: her father Charles J. Hazouri; her husband Philip George Allen; her close friend Dominick Sciotto; her siblings, Charles J. Hazouri, Jr., Edith Calise (Joseph) and Shirley Newton (Ray); and her nephew Jimmy Calise.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth Allen (Wendy), Patricia Williams (Tommy), Karen Slater (Tim) and Philip Allen (Cindy); her grandchildren, Ryan Slater, Robert Allen, Jessie Slater Horn (Joshua), Savannah Williams and Mya Allen; her child Charlie Calise (Lana); her sibling's children, Roger, Charlie Boy, Deborah, Matthew of Carly, TJ and Taylor; and her friend Father Frank Iacona. She is also survived by many cousins, special friends.
