He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Russell Cassady and Marie Cassady; his brother Ray Cassady; his mother-in-law Lucile Simmons; his significant other Mattie Cassady; his children, Tim Cassady (Lee), Traci Campbell (Raymond) and Rusty Cassady (Christy); his grandchildren, Laura Campbell, T. J. Cassady, Levi Campbell, Sarah Campbell, Allison Castleberry (Devin), Cara Thomas (Tyler), Dakota Cassady and Victor Mishoe; his great grandchildren, Landon, Chase, Adalynn, Alyssa Castleberry, Amelia Thomas, Kayla Ifft and Cayden Wessel; his sister Faye McDonald; and his caregivers, Laura Darby, Roxanne Haire and Cassandra Gott. He was also cherished by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.
