He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Flora Cunningham and Robert Cunningham; and his wife Elaine Ann Cunningham. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Cunningham of Vero Beach, Sheryl Cunningham-Love (Bob Love) of Reading and Kelly Schroth (Brian) of San Anselmo, California.; and his grandchildren, George, John, Robert Love of Reading, Skylar and Tanner Schroth of San Anselmo, California..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in George's name to the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, Juno Beach, FL.
