He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Mattingly Anderson (Eric), Ashley and Emily; his grandchildren, Turner, Reagan and Campbell; his siblings, Daisy Bittinger (Larry), Phil Mattingly (Carol) and Dwight Mattingly (Sharon); and his wife Susan Cone. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family requests that all attendees wear masks.
