She is survived by: her mother Carol Lombardo; her siblings, Raphael Robert Lombardo Jr. (Brina), Jeanine Lombardo and Christopher Lombardo Sr. (Teri); and her siblings' children, Isabella Grace Lombardo and Raphael Robert III. She is also survived by (nephew) and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and good friends.
