He was predeceased by: his siblings, Luciano Castriotta, Anthony Castriotta, Italia Castriotta, Nicolette Lunetta, Antonetta DiPierro and Dolores Arnone.

He is survived by: his wife Norma Castriotta (Hager); his child Ralph Castriotta, Jr.; his wife Holly of Greenville, SC; his grandchildren, Marybeth Donlan, Meghan Donlan and John Kapilian; and also, Beth Donlan (Dennis) of Leominster and Lyn Kapilian (Scott) of Bedford.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Anna Parish.
