He was predeceased by: his children, Cathy Rippeon and Richard Rippeon; and his siblings, Catherine Rippeon, Dorothy Biddenger, Ruby Blentlinger, Nancy Garst, Margaret Myers, Betty Gruber, Alice Etzler, Rayue, Joseph and Woodrow Rippeon.
He is survived by: his wife Benita Rippeon; his children, Amber Rippeon, Kimberly, Roger Rippeon (Kathy) and William Rippeon, Jr. (Ruth); his sisters, Jean Baker (Ernie) and Agnes Fogle; and his siblings-in-law, Shelah Crowley (John), Tracy Eichel (Bud), Doris Rippeon, Allen Bozeman and Michael Heisler. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
