She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph (Carolyn), David (Sue), Richard, John, Walter and Mary Rose Johnston; her husband Charlie Collins; her children, Heather Keller, Cindy Coffman (Todd), Missy Adams (Kevin), Chuck Collins, Keith Collins (Drenda) and Don Collins (Richele); and her grandchildren, Holly Beatty, Brianna Keller, Jordan Collins, Westley Collins, Regan Collins, Kendall Collins and Cooper Adams.
