He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Marie (McIntyre) and Frank J. Quinn; his wife Joyce Stouffer; his sons-in-law, Paul Smith and Joseph W. Etter III; his sister-in-law Ruth Quinn; and his aunts, Charlotte and Margaret McIntyre.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Smith of Mt. Airy, Carol Etter of Kissimmee, Florida and Justin Quinn of Hagerstown, Maryland; his brother Frank X. Quinn of Schenectady; his grandchildren, Joseph (Lauren), Jessica (Rob), Xavier and Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Olivia, Amelia and Lucas. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
