He was predeceased by: his father Albert Brown. He is survived by: his wife Sarah L. Brown; his mother Roberta P. Brown (Guagnano); his children, Howard C. Brown, Jr. (Jennifer Marquez) and Nicole M. Cormier (Kristopher) of Kissimmee, FL.; his brother Adam B. Brown (Susan) of Catskill, NY; and his uncle John Guagnano of Kissimmee, FL. He is also survived by several sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws as well as many nieces and nephews.
