He is survived by: his wife Alicia Rosario Soto; his children, Alice Soto Diaz (Jose Diaz) and Joseph Soto (Hayley Cruz); his grandchildren, Alaina Rodriguez, Vanessa Rivera, Juliana Rivera, Joscelyn Rivera and Justin Soto; and his great grandchild Kyrie Brooks. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
