He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Egbert and Elizabeth Clark Culver of Texas; his wife Shirley Culver; his son Carl Eugene Culver; his stepsons, Jamie and Robert; and his siblings, Jack, Fred, Lester, Ernestine McKinney (Alfred) and Ruby McKinney (George).
He is survived by: his children, Donald A. Culver (David) of Dallas, Texas, Donna Clark (Mike) of Keystone Heights and Heather Culver-Godfrey (Adam) of Saint Cloud; and his stepdaughter Melanie Pletscher (John) of New Port Richey, Florida. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
