She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Adonia Santiago and Pedro Quiñones; her sister Palmira Garcia; her children, Thelma Gonzalez, David Melendez, Mary Lou Melendez and Juan Luis Melendez, Jr.; and her siblings, Ninette Fraticelli, Nilda Fraticelli Lugo, Dora Garcia, Ruben Fraticelli and Porfirio Fraticelli. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
