He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert I. Newberry and Nancy Ann Burton; and his niece Juliette Ann Newberry. He is survived by: his brother Robert I. Newberry II (Nancy) of Bartow; and his sibling's children, Crystal D. Newberry-Driggers (Rob) of Bartow and James R. Newberry of Ocala.
