She is survived by: her sons, Charles Waters, Jr. (Debbie) of Ft. White, FL and Daniel Waters of Lake City, FL; her daughter-in-law Vicki Waters of Live Oak, FL; her siblings, Donald Kersey (Clydia) of Jacksonville, FL, Sandra Manucy (Billy) of Lake City, FL, Linda Wilks of Fort White, FL and Claudia Cherry of Macclenny, FL; her granddaughters, Paige Waters (Robert Maynard) and Kimberly Waters; and her pet Angel. She is also survived by 2 step grandchildren; 6 step great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
