She is survived by: her husband Werner Faulstich of Lake City; her parents, Donald Fields, Jr. and Nancy Fields; her children, Nathan Faulstich, Andrew Faulstich, Nehemiah Faulstich, Austen Faulstich, Alexandra Gonzalez (Daniel) and Amberlyn Faulstich; her brother Donald "Donnie" Fields, Jr.; and her grandsons, Daniel Gonzalez, Jr. and Nicholas Gonzalez.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the The Dwelling Place of Lake City (1571 E Duval St, Lake City, FL 32055).
