She is survived by: her sons, Frank Slade (Kathy) of Lake City and Darrell L. Slade of Lake City; and her siblings, Wayne Lewis (Lavon) of Knoxville, TN and Madeline Humphrey (Bill) of Knoxville, TN.. She is also survived by Five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
