She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Augustin of Lake City; her pets, Max and Cally Lake City; her sisters, Linda Walker (Steve) of Wilmington, NC, Merry McCulloch (Randy) of Leland, NC and Karen McDougall of Wimington, NC; and her brother-in-law Paul Augustin of Pittsburgh, PA..
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gateway - Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, Lake City (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
