He is survived by: his wife Tammy Townsend; his mother Debbie Goldie (Tony); his siblings, Michael Townsend (Carol Ann) and DeLaina Wilson (Darin); his children, Trever of Lake City, FL, Monica of Spring, Katlyn of Live Oak, FL, Raina of Jacksonville, FL, Brooke of Live Oak, FL and Joseph of Hatchbend, FL.; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Addalyn, Remington, Jaxton, Holden, Kade and Stetson.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Guerry Funeral Home (2659 SW Main Blvd, Lake City, FL 32025). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Live Oak First Assembly of God (13907 76th St, Live Oak, FL 32060). A burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 4:15 PM at the same location.
