He is survived by : his parents, Annie Ruth Jernigan-Milligan and Tommie Lee Kellum; his siblings, Tonnja Milligan-Tomlin, Johnny L. Milligan (Melissa) and Calvin Milligan; his aunts, Ruby Dean Johnson (Lorenzo Brown), Jeannie Aiken and Louise Foster-Jernigan; his uncle Eddie Roy Jernigan (Barbara); and his sister Cassandra "Faye" Kellum-Wilson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
