He is survived by: his wife Althea Kay Phillips; his children, William Eric Phillips (Chrissie Lindsey) of Lake City, Jason Phillips of Steinhatchee, Anthony W. Phillips (Bethanee) of Panama City, Danny Wayne Herring (Dave Battle) of Gainesville and Dr. Tiffany Renee Phillips (Andy) of Melbourne, Australia; and his siblings, Thomas Phillips of Jacksonville, Robert Phillips of Jacksonville, Cheryl Fisette (Michael) of Jacksonville, Linda Jones of Jacksonville and Wendy Smith (Richard) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and numerous other family members.
